Yes, they do! 

What is your return/exchange policy?

In short, returns are charged a 15% restocking fee and exchanges are always excepted, however, buyer pays for exchange shipping . Check our "Returns and Exchanges" page for more details. 

How can I make a change to my order I have already placed; i.e. wrong address, change in size, etc?

Simply send us a message/email/text. We can make any changes necessary from our end even after the order has been placed.

I took my measurements and am unsure what size to order?

Order whatever size matches your waist measurement. This info can be found in most listing descriptions and on our "How to Measure" page

How do i know what size to order?

Our shorts typically run true to size, but if you're between two sizes, we always suggest going with the larger one. You can also always contact us for help! 

Where do I put requests/measurements for my order?

During checkout, there is a box that will pop up called "Special Instructions for Seller". In that box you can make all customization requests for your shorts.

How long until i receive my order?

You can see processing times (for shorts, shirts, and keychains; all of which vary) on our "Shipping and Processing" time page.

I paid for Priority 2-day Mail and placed my order two days ago; why haven't I received the shorts yet?

Priority 2-day mail is shipping upgrade, meaning that after usual processing time, your order will be shipped as Priority 2-day mail. If you need your shorts sooner, you can always purchase our "Rush my Order" listing.
