Love the product, but unfortunately they didn't email me the template to do my initials for the product. I emailed them to inquire about this and still no response. Hoping they will get back to me soon so I can finish my keychain and start using it!

Sizes are not accurate and run smaller than supposed to.

I usually love Bailey Ray Jean shorts, but this pair - the clementine, unfortunately came with unraveling side seam threads. I contacted support and was assured a new pair would be sent out with a return label for the original pair, I never received a confirmation or follow up regarding the new pair or my return. I confirmed with support that the return label would be sent with the new pair and never received a response after that. I never write reviews but that’s pretty rude to do to loyal customers especially after I was told I would be receiving a new pair and I can’t return the current pair I have without the return information. Really unprofessional to leave your customers hanging.
After reading reviews from other customers, it seems this company does not care at all about their customers or the quality of their clothing. Not a good look.
I purchased a 0 and they fit way looser then they should.
These shorts are very flattering, if you don’t have them you NEED them, don’t forget to size up!

At this time, I'm not happy with the level of service from Bailey Ray & Co.
I placed my first order on April 6th for 3 pairs of shorts. On April 18th I received an email that my items have shipped. On April 29th I sent an email to inquire about where my items were, as at that point I still had not received them. Per your website, it states 6-8 days. I waited 11 days before contacting you. I NEVER received a response from my email. On May 6th, while I was out of town, I was notified that the items finally were delivered. That was 18 days past when they should have arrived, and they arrived too late for the event that we had originally ordered them for. When I returned home from my trip, I opened the package only to find the patriotic shorts were not in the shipment, but the email said they were shipped. I emailed AGAIN your company to ask where the shorts were, as well as to request a refund of the 2 pairs that did arrive as they do not fit my daughter. I sent that email on Thursday, May 9th. Again, I have NOT received any response from that email either. At this point, I want a FULL refund of the all 3 pairs of shorts. I am not paying a 10% restocking fee for shorts I NEVER received, and the fact that the shorts took way longer than what was quoted and didn't arrive in time for the event we needed them for, and no one has ever responded to my emails, this is not acceptable customer service.
My order # was 11927. I will be shipping the 2 pairs back and am expecting a full refund of all 3 pairs.

I’ve purchased 4 pair of shorts from Bailey Ray and have not been disappointed yet. I would size up one size but they really do fit so well, so comfortable and the best quality. I have thick things and they are thick thigh friendly. Worth every pennt
